Lithium Mips
$199.95 - $239.95

A dynamic new shell design, an integrated drop-down sun shield and a multi-density EPS liner for superior energy management are just the beginning of what sets Lithium apart from the rest. Class 1 rated optics with the Clickrelease V2 shield, and an optional Pinlock shield in the box means Lithium punches above its weight. And three separate shells ensure optimum fitment across the size range. These rider-first features make Lithium a must-have for motorcyclists who refuse to compromise.

Sizing and a few other comments
TLDR: 5 stars if you appreciate the value of this helmet I've had various misadventures with buying helmets for the past few years. I bought an Arai in 2000, which I've used until 2022. What? It looked great and felt great. At that point my wife convinced me to get a new helmet, and rather than buy another helmet that cost more that my motorcycle (I was riding a '80 CX500 Deluxe that I bought for $300 and fixed up), I hit Amazon/YouTube and spent a couple weeks looking at all of the lower cost options. The led to me buying and keeping no less than 8 helmets off Amazon over 3 years. Long story short, all of them we're highly rated and reviewed junk. Only one helmet was "nice" quality-wise, but I broke the the face shield on it, and guess what replacement part that company doesn't sell (Westt if you asked)? You're right! Doesn't matter what you answered, they don't support their helmets at all, they don't sell parts. If it breaks, their answer is to throw out the helmet and buy a whole new helmet. I had enough of it, and Bell came out with the Lithium which was everything I wanted in a helmet (wish they had something like it in 2022 (I need my sun visor, I wear glasses)). It's a great looking helmet, but I have one complaint. **Sizing**. I've measured my head dozens of times, and for the past 35 years it's always been 23. 75"/60. 5cm. Always. I ordered the XL Lithium MIPS from Revzilla, and it wouldn't go past the top of my head. My 17 year old son couldn't put it on his head either. I felt bad for sending it back to Revzilla, but I couldn't wear it. I looked around another 5 or 6 weeks for other options, and finally bought a XXXL from Bell directly because I wouldn't feel as bad about returning a helmet to Bell itself because the website says that I should be an XL. The XXXL just **barely** fits. To tell the truth, it's a little pinchy on the face and the back of the head, and very snug everywhere else, but unlike the XL, it actually went on my head. This seems kind of silly, there's gotta be a better way to size up a helmet for sales over the Internet than cross your fingers and do a lot of cross shipping. I'm going to guess that the XXXL Lithium will fit better after I wear it for awhile, cross your fingers. All that out of the way, I love the look of the Lithium. The build quality is far better than any of the budget helmets I've tried or seen. Add to it that you can get replacement pads/shields/parts for the helmet, and that puts them far better than any of the Amazon helmets out there. Could you get a more expensive helmet? Sure, but the Lithium MIPS does all of the essentials.
