Got a deep gouge on the visor that came with my bell lithium literally the first day I got it. Ordered a replacement and it arrived very quickly and very well packaged. Bell is a GREAT company!

I recently bought a lithium helmet and purchased a dark smoke face shield to go with it. Unfortunately, the shield arrived without the pins used to release it from the helmet. I managed to install it on my helmet, but then had to use chopsticks to actuate the spring release system and remove the visor. Not only that, upon installing the shield, I realized it did not fit properly, making the action very stiff. I will exchange my shield in hopes this was a quality control issue, because the product itself looks very well finished. If my replacement does not bear the same issues, I will update my review and rating accordingly (currently 1 star). It's also valid to note that I did not get a tracking number to follow my package.
