Bio
Caroline Buchanan(born October 24, 1990) is an Australian BMX and mountain bike athlete, competing in multiple disciplines. Buchanan has earned eight world championships across BMX and MTB, and is a two-time Olympian, representing Australia in BMX at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games. In 2022, she secured the title of Queen of Crankworx, excelling in events such as Air Downhill, Pump Track, Speed & Style, and Dual Slalom. Caroline's career milestones include being the first woman to land a front flip to dirt at the Audi Nines event in 2021. Beyond competition, she is committed to fostering the next generation of female athletes through her Next Gen scholarship program.
