3-Time Champ
Eli Tomac had a strong 47-point lead going into the weekend at Budds Creek Raceway, the penultimate round of the 2019 Pro Motocross season. Through tough, hot, and humid conditions, Eli managed to have a perfect day going 1-1 and taking the overall! The win gave the previous 2-time outdoors champion a 50-point lead, allowing him to clinch the 2019 Pro Motocross Champion 3 years in a row. Congrats to the Kawasaki USA Team and the Tomac family for another hard-fought Championship.
One for the Books, Literally
Eli Tomac has done it again! But this time, he’s written his name into the history books — and did so one round early. Tomac has become the fourth rider in history to win three-straight titles in the premier class of the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship, joining Ricky Carmichael, Tony DiStefano, and Gary Jones.
